For Paris Design Week, Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris is collaborating with artist Lucie Monin to present a unique exhibition.
Lucie Monin, a gold-plating artist, expresses herself by designing and then engraving 22 carat/24 carat gold decorations, reviving an ancestral know-how in fields close to her heart: decoration and fashion.
This comprehensive exhibition brings together a selection of key players in the luxury goods industry (both fashion and interior design) and takes our customers on a journey through Lucie Monin’s world, with watch straps from Jaeger-LeCoultre, a fan from the Parisian Maison Duvelleroy, a magnificent reversible decorative screen from Maison Ananbo, a pair of pumps decorated for Goya, a handbag from Iris Noble and a necklace and case from Maison Zeina.
The story goes on and on, as in each window Lucie offers an extension of the gold decorations on the top-of-the-range wallpaper by Pierre Frey.
