Six months after Il Carpaccio's grand reopening and the arrival of culinary duo Alessandra Del Favero and Oliver Piras, Michelin Guide 2022 inaugurates the iconic Italian restaurant of Parisian Palace 'Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris'.
Amid Paris’s exceptionally vibrant gastronomic landscape, Le Royal Monceau-Raffles Paris has risen to the challenge with its restaurant Il Carpaccio, earning a Michelin star merely six months after reopening.
The Italian Chef couple Oliver Piras and Alesandra Del Favero share their universe in the most Parisian of Palaces: a convivial Italian gastronomic cuisine, with an exclusive menu created in collaboration with the Da Vittorio*** family.
The Chefs propose a modern and light Italian cuisine, crafted around the most exceptional quality transalpine products. Haute gastronomy is on the menu, alongside a main dish of conviviality. The Chef duo work as well in the kitchen as they do in the dining room, where they delight guests with a live preparation of their signature dishes. The talented pair offers a gastronomic voyage from appetizer to dessert. When it comes to wine, our Sommelier brings together the finest terroirs of the Italian peninsula, from the most prestigious estates to the next generation of rising stars – a collection of transalpine gems from off the beaten track.
