Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris offers accessible facilities and amenities to ensure a comfortable and welcoming experience for all guests.

The Palace has 4 rooms with PRM access:

• Open spaces
• Adapted furniture
• Low beds and furniture
• Adapted bathroom facilities
• Grab rails in WC and shower complete with seat
• Telephones with large buttons
• Warning lights in PRM rooms in addition to the general evacuation alarm

The Palace provides facilities for visually impaired and blind guests, including:

• Braille on telephone keypads and room numbers
• Tactile paving and access ramps

For hearing-impaired guests, the Palace offers:

• Two induction loops, available at the reception and in the lounges/cinema

On the ground floor and in the common areas:

• 4 lifts for PRM (1 opposite Bar Long on the stairs leading to the Spa, 1 on the Il Carpaccio side leading to the public toilets, 1 in the Spa leading to the pool area, 1 in the Spa leading to the women’s treatment rooms)
• 3 wheelchair spaces in the Katara Cinema
• Emergency exit used as entrance to Katara Cinema for PRMs
• Welcome brochure for PRM available at reception
• 1 wheelchair available
• 2 secure waiting areas with signage, intercom with direct link to security control centre and smoke extraction.

All our restaurants are accessible to PRMs.
