The Palace takes action to protect the planet by offering a candlelit dinner.
This year, Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris is participating in Earth Hour, one of the world’s largest campaigns to protect the environment and our planet.
Created in 2007 by WWF and the Sydney Morning Herald in Australia, the event consists of switching off all lights and appliances for one hour on the last Saturday in March.
The most contemporary hotel is joining the movement to fight global warming and save electricity.
On Saturday 23 March 2024, Le Bar Long invites guests to join in the experience with an eco-responsible candlelight dinner.
For the menu, Chef Norihisa Semboshi and Le Bar Long team have carefully selected products from short distribution channels, organic farming and gluten-free.
