An exclusive collaboration with the prestigious Volzhenka caviar brand for a unique gastronomic experience.

Throughout the summer season, Le Bar Long and its terrace will be offering a special menu featuring Volzhenka oscietra caviar, accompanied by refined pairings.

This collaboration marks a further step in Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris’ commitment to providing unforgettable dining experiences. Le Bar Long, renowned for its elegant ambience and authentic cuisine, now features a Volzhenka caviar menu that travels between tables, allowing guests to discover the exquisite flavours of Osciètre.

Osciètre caviar, renowned for its delicate grain and subtle hazelnut flavour, is at the heart of this new menu. Produced by Volzhenka, this caviar is renowned for its exceptional quality and respect for sustainable farming traditions. Caviar lovers can enjoy this exceptional delicacy in sumptuous surroundings, enhanced by the impeccable service of Le Bar Long.

To complete this tasting, Le Bar Long offers carefully selected pairings. To accompany the Volzhenka Oscietra caviar, our Sommelier Director Gabriele Del Carlo has chosen Laurent Perrier Champagne, whose fine bubbles and delicate aromas harmonise perfectly with the caviar’s flavours. In addition, Nori seaweed crisps, specially created for this collaboration, will add an innovative and tasty touch, offering a textural contrast and an explosion of flavours on the palate.

Le Bar Long and its terrace offer an elegant and convivial setting, perfect for this elegant gastronomic experience. Guests can savour their caviar and Champagne while enjoying the sunny Parisian skies and the cool indoor pool.
