A 23-metre swimming pool, a Watsu bath heated to 34 degrees, two saunas, two steam rooms, density showers, a laconium, an ice fountain and 7 treatment rooms, including a VIP double room, adorn this space dedicated to relaxation.

Four spacious training rooms, equipped with the latest generation of Technogym and Kinésis machines, a Thai boxing and yoga area and a Pilates room with Reformer and Cadillac machines, complete this temple of tomorrow’s wellness.

Our sports instructors are on hand every day to share their knowledge and experience with you, offering group and private lessons in the sports of your choice (swimming, boxing, Pilates, stretching, full body, etc.) and can adapt their lessons to suit your objectives.
