Nobu Matsuhisa
Known to the world simply as “Nobu”, he has developed a uniquely original style that blends Japanese gastronomic traditions with exotic flavours and techniques inspired by his extensive travels.
After 10 years in Peru, Argentina and Alaska, Nobu settled in Los Angeles in 1987 to open his own Beverly Hills restaurant, Matsuhisa. With such a singular culinary style, his cuisine quickly caught the attention of discerning Angelinos. The restaurant gained worldwide exposure as Hollywood stars became regulars. Nobu built on this success to expand his empire, gradually opening restaurants on five continents.
Matsuhisa Paris is the sixth Matsuhisa gastronomic restaurant to open (after Beverly Hills, Aspen, Athens, Mykonos and Munich).
